How to access mywater

Any individual can request access. Businesses should authorise specific employees to hold their own logins; this ensures a clear audit trail and protects your water assets.

You can also request a mywater login to apply for water related permits (e.g., water affecting activity permits or well construction permits) online in future.

Anyone requesting a mywater user profile login will go through an identity assurance process. This helps us ensure only holders and their authorised agents or representatives deal with the water instruments and rights in the Water Register via mywater.
