~Provisional Entry~

The South Australian Heritage Council gives notice under section 17(4)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993 (Act), that the following place was provisionally entered as a State Heritage Place in the South Australian Heritage Register.
Former G.J. Coles & Company Adelaide Store – Kaurna Country, 112 - 118 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000
Provisionally entered in the Register under section 17(2)(a).
•    Under section 17(4)(b)(iii) of the Act, any person has the right to make a written representation on a provisional entry to the South Australian Heritage Council
•    Download the relevant submission form from www.environment.sa.gov.au/topics/heritage/sa-heritage-register/entries-confirmations/submissions
•    Or contact the Board and Policy Officer at DEWHeritage@sa.gov.au or (08) 8372 7521 (menu option 4)
•    The Council will consider all written representations received before 5pm on 22 March 2026.

~Removal of Provisional Entry (Place)~

The South Australian Heritage Council gives notice under section 18(7d)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993, that the following provisional entry was not confirmed as a State Heritage Place and has been removed from the South Australian Heritage Register.
