The South Australian Heritage Council (the Council) meets approximately 8 times per year.
Observing a Council meeting
Members of the public are welcome to observe the Council meetings and should notify the Council of their intention to attend at least two days prior to the meeting.

Addressing a Council meeting
Members of the public wishing to address the Council are required to fill out the request to address a meeting of the South Australian Heritage Council form and return it to the Council at least seven days prior to the meeting.
Please email your request to DEWHeritage@sa.gov.au.
The next meeting of the South Australian Heritage Council will be conducted via video link up (Microsoft Teams) in response to COVID-19.

Members of the public are welcome to observe this meeting as meetings are public unless the Council wishes to discuss a particular matter in confidence.
If you would like to observe, please provide Mr David Hanna, Executive Officer of the SA Heritage Council with your email address and he will invite you to observe the meeting. It would also be worthwhile checking you can access Microsoft Teams prior to the meeting. Email David at email@example.com
Please note that if you observe the meeting, you are not permitted to participate.
Note: The Council does have the ability to have a meeting via telephone or other electronic means. If this is to occur, and the matter is not a matter the Council needs to consider in-confidence, an opportunity for the public to participate in these meetings will be made available through notice on this webpage.
