In response to COVID-19 we remain open for business, but the way we deliver our services and agency priorities will be done differently to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and community.
From Monday 13th April 2020 customers will be able to lodge their manual/hard copy application/s for water licensing transactions by email and will be contacted by a Water Licensing Officer for payment.
Forms can be downloaded from the Water Connect website (note, include your email address in this form).
Where possible letters and associated documents will be emailed directly to customers.
Customers can still contact the Water Licensing Branch for each area as listed below:
Please note: if your water application form is lodged after 2pm on 18 June 2021 there is no guarantee that the application will be determined in the 2020-2021 year.
