Prescribed burn at Filsell Hill (Ostigh Rd)

A prescribed burn is planned at Filsell Hill (Ostigh Rd) on private land on Monday 7 November, weather conditions permitting.
- The prescribed burn will start at 2.15pm and is likely to be completed by 6:00pm the same day.
- The area to be burnt is 6.2 hectares.
- This burn is one of a series of burns planned to reduce the risk of a fire burning through the continuous native vegetation from Cherryville to Carey Gully/Balhannah.
- No roads will be closed.
- Smoke may impact Deviation and Greenhill Roads.
