This website has been developed by the South Australian Government to ensure government services and information are readily available to as broad an audience as possible.

Separation of design and code

All pages have been developed with a clean distinction between code and design. This is so screen readers and other accessible browsers have the best possible chance to read the site properly.

Guidelines

Websites developed by the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources strive to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0 and are regularly audited to continue to try to achieve that standard. We will always endeavour to implement new technologies that allow us to improve the accessibility of this site.

Face to face service

If you are having difficulties navigating to the information you are after, you are most welcome to visit a customer service centre where our staff would be happy to assist you in anyway to find the information you require.

Translation services are available

If you need information translated and you reside in South Australia, phone the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 then ask the interpreter to phone the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources.
