The Steve Kowalick Memorial event is held annually as a tribute to DEW National Parks & Wildlife Services SA staff who are no longer with us, to celebrate their passion and significant contribution in managing our National Parks.
Now in its seventh year, the event is named after long-time DEW staff member Steve, who passed away in 2014, and epitomised these values.
This year’s event will be a ride/drive tour through the beautiful Adelaide Hills starting at the Crafers Hotel and concluding at the South Coast Brewing & Tap House.
Besides celebrating former staff members, the event will also raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, through food and drinks at the South Coast Brewing & Tap House, who are supplying a keg and barbecue in the beer garden to participants, with $7 pints and $5 per plate. There will also be a full range of beer, wine and pizza available via the bar through EFTPOS.
You can ride a motorcycle, drive a vehicle or tag along with someone else. So come along, meet new friends and stay at a brewery.
