Join DEW hikers in venturing to the wild side at Waitpinga

Do you fancy a walk on the wild side? The DEWscape Hiking Group invites you to join a walk along the coast from Kings Beach to Newland Head, near Waitpinga on the Fleurieu Peninsula on Sunday 18 October.

After a hiatus due to COVID restrictions, the group is up and running again, with recent hikes including trails at Para Wirra, Anstey Hill and southern Flinders.

Another great walk in the Coorong is coming up in November, which includes staying for a night at Cantara Homestead.

Some members of the group are also looking to form a kayaking group.

If you would like to join the October coastal hike, find out more about the group, or join a kayaking group contact Green Adelaide Senior Policy Officer Jenny Awbery.
