No. Your Parks Pass only allows you entry and, if requested, camping (for periods of up to five nights at a time in any one place in any park that has designated camping), in those parks entitled under your pass.
If you purchase a National Parks Pass with a camping option you are entitled to camp for periods of up to five nights at a time in any one place that has designated camping.
If you purchase an entry only pass and wish to camp in a park, you must pay an additional fee per night to camp.
If you sell your car, the windscreen is broken or the pass is damaged, you must return the pass to a National Parks Office. You will then be given a replacement pass with the same expiry date as your original pass.
An administration fee may apply for replacement passes.
Some passes can also be purchased online:

Yes. If you have a motorcycle and/or hire car you can purchase a pass registered to that vehicle.
The parks pass must be permanently fixed to untinted fixed glass on your vehicle where it does not obstruct the driver's vision. It is recommended that it be fixed to the passenger side of the windscreen.
If you have bought a National Parks Pass and registered the pass to a motorcycle or hire car, it is suggested that you purchase a registration label holder available from auto accessory stores and affix the pass label to it.
What happens if I don't display a valid parks pass?
If you do not display a valid vehicle entry day pass, camping permit or National Parks Pass on your vehicle in a fee-paying park, you will be liable to a fine.
