 The
latest version of TOPOmap SA
Version 2 now features the following:
- Seamless Map
1:50 000 maps osf a region are now joined into one, seamless map image.
- Place Names
Included on TOPOMap SA is the complete State Gazetter, supplied
by Dept Administration & Information Services. This feature
enables users to easy locate place names.
- Adding Comments
Comments can be included as labels on the map for added enhancement.
- Distance & Areas
In addition to distance areas can now be calculated b using Ozi-Explorer
Lite.
- Accurate Coordinates
All of the maps have been re calibrated to the Geocentric Datum
of Australia (GDA94) so that accurate coordinates and Longitude
& Latitude values are displayed for the cursor position.
- Collecting Data
Ozi-Explorer Lite allows you to create a simple database via its
Map Feature button
- Regional Coverage
Seven regions cover the settled areas of South Australia.
- Printing the Maps
Usera are able to print out the screen at a variety of scales.
