| West Lakes, SA - DIDB orthorectified imagery
with cadastral overlay |
Providing an extremely powerful analytical tool, the DIDB of South
Australia represents an exciting digital delivery platform for Environmental Information's
aerial photography, satellite imagery and topographic maps.
The DIDB comprises orthorectified (map accurate scale corrected
aerial photography) images and enhanced satellite imagery covering
the State. This has been mosaiced to form a 'seamless' database.
Imagery contained within the DIDB can be integrated with other datasets
to form a backdrop to any GIS (Geographic Information Systems) application.
Portions of the DIDB can be purchased and supplied on CD-ROM or
DVD.
For more detailed information on the DIDB, refer to About
the Digital Image Data Base of South Australia.
Please contact Mapland for further information
