Report an offence

The department works with South Australians to look after our natural capital – this includes encouraging people to take responsibility for their environment by reporting suspected incidents of non-compliance to the department. Reports of suspected non-compliance with South Australian environmental legislation should be directed to the appropriate Natural Resources Centre, relevant other departmental business unit or other agency as per the table below.

Any information received will be treated as confidential.
