Is koala fur soft? Are their claws sharp? How much do they eat?
Cleland is one of the few places in Australia where you can get right up close to, and even hold, a koala.
Included in your park entry fee is the opportunity to come along to a Koala close-up. You can meet and touch some of the park’s friendliest residents. You can also take photos of those in your group standing right next to the koala.
For an additional fee, you have the unique opportunity to hold a koala, meet its keeper and have your photo taken at the same time! Find out more about the opportunity to hold a koala. Or you can organise a private, behind-the-scenes tour where you can hand-feed eucalyptus leaves to the koalas.
Health and safety conditions apply to all of our Koala experiences.
Due to high demand, koala holds have limited spaces and are available on a first come first served basis. We understand your disappointment if you miss out but please understand we are just looking out for the health of our koalas.
