Gaol Blues Festival announces set times

Date posted: 01 November 2017

Set times for this year’s Gaol Blues Festival have now been announced, so you can plan your day to ensure you catch all your favourites.

With two stages and a stellar line-up from around the country, you won’t want to miss out.

Sixteen bands will be performing at the historic Adelaide Gaol on Saturday 11 November. Including Dreamboogie, Isaiah B. Brunt and Adelaide favourites, Gumbo Ya! Ya!

Food on the day will again be inspired by the cuisine of the American South and will be served with local craft beer, cider and wine.

Background

Gaol Blues runs from midday to midnight on Saturday, 11 November, with gates opening at 11.30am.

Ticket prices include full entry to Adelaide Gaol, allowing guests to explore the heritage-listed buildings between acts.

As one of the oldest public buildings in South Australia, Adelaide Gaol is a unique venue for a blues music festival.

The inaugural Gaol Blues was a great success in 2016, with nearly 1,000 people attending.
