Natural Resources Management Register

Under the Natural Resources Management Act 2004, the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation must keep the NRM Register available for public inspection. The NRM Register contains the following:

• water management authorisations
• permits
• plant and animal action plans
• action plans for the management and protection of land
• any other prescribed matters.

The section of the NRM Register relating to water management authorisations is maintained by the Department for Water and can be accessed by calling (+61 8) 8463 6876.
