Appeals and reviews
Crown lessees and applicants for certain consents under the Crown Land Management Act 2009 who are unhappy with a decision can apply to have their decision reviewed by the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation. This is known as a Ministerial review.
It is recommended that you discuss the matter with your local DENR regional office before applying for a Ministerial review. You will find the contact details of your case manager in the correspondence notifying you of the decision.
A Ministerial review must be lodged with the applicable fee within 28 days of receiving notice of the decision.

If you have sought a review and are not satisfied with the outcome, you can appeal the decision. You will need to appeal to the relevant Court, and the Court will make a decision on the matter.
